The Cossor RC is from their Point One series. This series of dull emitter valves took just 100 mA of filament current. The later catalogue Type designation of this valve is x10RC where x is 2, 4 or 6 as the point One series were made with three different filament voltages. The actual value of filament voltage is to be found on the paper label.
The valve is heavily silvered from the magnesium gettering but at the top of the dome the silvering is absent allowing a view into the valve. The anode appears to be tapered at the top and twin tension coils suggest a double inverted V filament. No grid supports are visible.
Cossor describe the valve on the label that runs around the base of the envelope as: specially designed for resistance capacity coupling.
The balloon envelope is 43 mm in diameter and, excluding the B4 base pins, is 97 mm tall.
