The 11E2 is an aligned grid beam tetrode. The 11E2 was designed as a pulse amplifier and as a modulator. The anode has a dissipation of five Watts and an anode voltage of a few kV.
The anode connects to the side cap.
The pair of inner aligned pitch grids. The control grid can just be seen in the full size image.
The assembly has ceramic insulators for better insulation.
The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 74 mm tall.
