The QQZ06-40 is the quick heating version of the QQV06-40A. The valve would reach 70% of full emitting potential in half a second. These valves would be used for mobile transmitters.The wide glass tube envelope is 42 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7A base pins, is 87 mm tall.Reference: Data-sheet.
