HMS Collingwood
The L63 is an octal based amplifier triode. It is a low impedance device and used at audio frequencies.
We have several exhibits of this valve. with different envelope shapes.
The Marconi label is still present on this valve.
The classic envelope is 36 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 82 mm tall.
