The PM5X audio output valve is ratted for battery use. We have no specific operating conditions other than the details on the side of the valve. These details also emphasise that there is practically no glow from the filament. This suggests an early dull emitter valve.

The balloon envelope is 43 mm in diameter and, excluding the B4 base pins, is 88 mm tall.
