This exhibit is a Mazda development sample of the 30FL1 triode Beam tetrode.
The 30FL1 is a television valve in a miniature envelope. The low anode voltages and the 300 mA heater requirement confirm this.
The triode, low power beam tetrode was designed as a general purpose valve. Thanks to Simon Pearson for additional data on the 30FL1 and 30FL2.

The thin glass tube envelope is 21 mm in diameter and excluding the B9A base pins, is 46 mm tall.
References: Data-sheet & Private communication. Type 30FL1 was first introduced in 1958. See also 1958 adverts.
