The 4TPB (4.TPB Thrower) is an indirectly heated RF pentode for television reception. Two versions were made plain and with zinc loaded paint metallisation.The 4TPB was used by the UK government as CV828 (clear) and CV829 (metallised).The B7 base pins.Thanks to Mark Mallison for sending the images.The classic envelope is mm in diameter and, excluding the B7 base pins, is mm tall.References: Data.
