The 7A7E is a pentode voltage amplifier. The 14A7/12B7 differ only in heater rating.
The Brimar name and BVA. The made in ends with U and the second or subsequent letters are missing. So this may be an import from America or Made in UK.

The wide glass tube envelope is 29 mm in diameter, and excluding the B8B base pins is 57 mm tall.
