The CV 4114 is a CV4014 with gold plated pins. The commercial basic equivalent is the A3064 or M8083 or 6064, these in turn are special quality versions of the EF91CV138. The M8083 has a more rugged build than the EF91 and was designed for operation in areas of vibration especially aircraft.
The inner coating suppresses any gas that would be evolved from the glass under electron bombardment.
