The 1910 is a current stabiliser or Barretter. This example was designed to stabilise heater current of 1.4 Amps for voltage variations of 10 Volts between 5 and 15 Volts.The base is B4 but pin 2 is omitted.
The single stand iron wire is maintained in a hydrogen atmosphere.The wide glass tube envelope is 32 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is 87 mm tall.Reference: Data-sheet. |
