The D63 is a double signal diode with separate cathodes. The old service code was ARDD3 and the later CV code was CV1301.
We have another D63 where the metal loaded paint has come away from the glass and the inner structure is visible.
The adhesive ring that holds the connecting wire to the glass so that contact can be made with the zinc screening paint.
The Osram Logo.
The classic envelope is 35 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins is 75 mm tall.
