The 4313C is a cold cathode thyratron based on the 313C ITT (USA) design. STC being a subsidiary of the ITT and generally differentiating its Type designations from ITT by the addition of the 4 as a prefix.
The UK Government procurement specification was the CV75.
The electrodes with the trigger being seen as a diagonal wire.
The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter, and excluding the UX4 base pins is 70 mm tall.
