The H210 is a dull emitter triode from Tungsram. It was designed for use as an RF or detector valve. This fully metalised version masks the electrodes but it is just possible to glimpse the anode and to see that it is angled from the horizontal. The clear glass version of the H210 shows the internal structure.
The top etching gives the details of the valve. A barium tube means that it was produced by the azide process.
The balloon envelope is 47 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is 90 mm tall.
Reference: 1043. Type H210 was first introduced in 1929. See also 1929 adverts.
