The 150B2 voltage stabiliser has a striking voltage of 165 Volts and over the specified current range will regulate to 5 Volts of the 150 Volts.

The 150B2 has two special quality variants; the M8163 and the M8208.

The thin glass tube envelope is 17 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7G base pins, is 46 mm tall.
