The CCa is a miniature double triode with an inter valve screen. The Siemens catalogue lists the applications that this high mutual conductance valve is suited to as:- A low noise universal twin triode for cascode, mixer and phase inverter stages, multivibrator and cathode coupled amplifiers.
For class A amplifier service the typical operating conditions would be an anode voltage of 220V and anode current of 9.2 mA. The load resistance would be 20 k Ohms.
Thanks to Kajetan Rozycki for the data from the Siemens 1962-3 catalogue.
The thin glass tube envelope is 19 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 48 mm tall.
