The TS215 (Previously the BTH BTS215) is a double triode. One triode is for use as a detector and the other as an audio voltage amplifier.
Brian Stanfield has a BTH VR3 radio from CA that uses the TS215.

The balloon envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the B4 base pins, is  mm tall.
