The 230XP is described by Cossor as a Super-Power valve. It is for audio output and the data-sheet suggests that two may be used in push-pull.
The anode load is 3,500 Ω and the output for a single valve is 450 mW.
The electrodes have a rectangular mica support at the top but this is not wedged into the balloon envelope.

The Cossor name and Type designation. This style was in use for at least a decade.
Thanks to Mark from Vintage-parts for sending these images.
The balloon envelope is  mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is  mm tall.
