The TH22C is a 200 mA heater version of the TH4A that features a 4.0 Volt 1.5 Amp heater. The valve is a triode hexode designed for frequency changer service in superhet receivers.

The classic envelope is 47 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7 base pins, is 121 mm tall.
