The CV129 klystron oscillator has an International Octal base. CV129 is the successor to the CV87 and features a simplified tuning mechanism but a reduced tuning range.
The reflector is connected to the top cap, and tuning is achieved by the action of the screw onto the sprung loaded circular plates. No waveguide or waveguide probe is visible but it is a 3 cm device and the data sheet specifies 9.375 GHz.
The thin glass tube envelope is 34 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 121 mm tall.
