The PM2 is an audio output triode made with the Azide process to produce an oxide coated filament for the good emission at low temperatures. The filament is for accumulator use and the anode is designed for dry battery operation. The output power is not quoted but will be less than a Watt.
The balloon envelope is 44 mm in diameter and, excluding the B4 base pins, is 86 mm tall.
