This double triode has no identification present. The pin connections match the ECC81, 82, 83 etc. and the heater takes 0.3 Amps. There is no inter section screen and the anodes are bright - factors pointing to a low power low frequency device. The grid axis of both sections aligns whereas in most of the double triodes they grid axis of the sections is parallel to one another.
The top mica is doubled - adds vibration resistance, and a third shaped mica covers the tops of the cathode tubes.

one anode with the main heat generating face leading to the side flanges. The heater wire is an insulated coil and a single hairpin loop threads through the cathode.
The thin glass tube envelope is 20 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 48 mm tall.
