The L414 is a battery output triode capable of an output of 400 mW. The load impedance needs to be 4,500 Ohms.
The electrodes are angled within the envelope. Only part of the filament can be seen and on test only part of the filaments glows.
The dome indicates that this valve was made using the Barium Azide process.
The balloon envelope is 47 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is 86 mm tall.
