The DEH612 is a general purpose triode from 1927 and is part of the M-OV six volt range. The bulb is silvered to the point where all internal details are obscured.
The brass base pins are of two part construction with the lead-out wires wrapped round and soldered into place.
The balloon envelope is 56 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is 95 mm tall.
