This is another mystery valve.

The internal electrode structure matches the early R Type style within a gettered bulb.

The anode is a sheet of nickel folded into a cylinder and fixed by the tab to the support wires from the pinch.

The balloon envelope is 40 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is 82 mm tall.
