The CV2001 is an EF91 with flying leads for direct soldering into equipment.
The CV2001 is a high gain, high impedance, high slope, screened pentode primarily intended for use as RF amplifiers or mixer valves in television receivers.
Seen from the base it can be seen that the standard pins still exist but that a support skirt has been added as a carrier for the leads that are attached to the pins.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7G base pins and leads, is 47 mm tall.
