The AS4100 from Tungsram appears to be a 1930s valve but beyond that we know only what we have from the envelope.
It is described as a Barium valve and this suggests the Azide process.
Looking at the electrodes and other valves it is probably a screened grid tetrode for RF and IF use in broadcast receivers.
The balloon envelope is 50 mm in diameter and, excluding the B5 base pins, is 115 mm tall.
