The CV1092 is a tiny signal diode. It was used in demodulation and other signal rectification duties.

Our exhibit D1 is physically identical, but has a 4.0 Volt heater.

The thin glass tube envelope is 11 mm in diameter and, including the B3G base pins, is 45 mm tall.
