Continental Imports of the 1930s

Extras ▼

The G210 and H210 are 'cheap' Continental imports of the mid 1930s. Most of these valves were made in Hungary and imported under numerous brand names of which Tungsram was the most respectable.

The interesting thing about such valves is that they are clearly made using the 'azide' process which was still widely used on the Continent long after it had been displaced by oxide-coating processes in Britain and elsewhere.
