Huth were a small German company operating in the 1920s. Details of some of their valve can be found here.

The most famous valve was the grid-less triode PLAV9 also known as the Plat. Between two opposing plate is the heating filament. One of the plates forms the anode, while the other is used as a control plate with its electric field in the space between cathode/thread and anode is sufficient.

Our exhibit in the museum looks like the PLAV9 but has a pair of ladder grids either side of the filament.
