The CV2521 is the UK procurement code for the commercial 6AH6. The 6AH6 is a screened pentode whose characteristics and ratings are identical to those of the 6AC7 (and 6AJ7) except for size and that Ra is only 500kΩ rather than 1MΩ. This may be due to the absence of the 6AC7's metal envelope. As in type 6AC7, g3 has its own pin.
