This exhibit dates to 1918 and is a Type G Pliotron. The Type designation is VT-13 as it was made for the US Signal Corps and Army.

The construction is a rugged version of the CG890.

The balloon envelope is 35 mm in diameter and, excluding the UV base pins, is 101 mm tall.
