This mystery valve is a cavity magnetron with integral magnets but has no identification visible.
The output probe is within the glass dome.
The two magnets are encased in red plastic. The radiator fins are enclosed and held in place by the large diameter Jubilee clip.
The second frame piece. Both frames are 6 mm thick. The fixing bolts clamp the frames together. In the centre are the two connections for the heater and cathode. The cathode will be strapped to one side of the heater to avoid massive heater/cathode insulation problems.
The glass envelope is 29 mm in diameter. The top plate is 60 x 190 mm.
Reference: Observation.
