The 1B32 is a spark gap for use to block off a radar receiver during the high power transmit pulse. These are normally called TR Cells.
The left hand electrode has machined to a smaller diameter. The right hand electrode has a hole in the centre that leaves a circular gap.
The threaded end and within the gap can be seen.
The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter, and including the base pins is 73 mm tall.
