The 1B32 is a spark gap for use to block off a radar receiver during the high power transmit pulse. These are normally called TR Cells.The left hand electrode has machined to a smaller diameter. The right hand electrode has a hole in the centre that leaves a circular gap.The threaded end and within the gap can be seen.The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter, and including the base pins is 73 mm tall.Reference: Data-sheet.
