The 4672 is an acorn pentode and was one of the prototypes for the CV specification CV1095. Before the CV designation the RAF specification was the VR95.
The Philips name.
The connecting pins with the glass to metal seal showing red.
The thin glass tube envelope is 14 mm in diameter, and including the base pins is 67 mm tall.
