The E2311 is a development sample pentode from M-OV. A search of the connection data within the museum produced no results.

The two inner grids have copper grid supports. The control grid has heat radiating fins.

The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter, and excluding the B7G base pins is 47 mm tall.
