The 6CY5 is a sharp cut-off RF tetrode designed for use as an RF amplifier in VHF television tuners.
The actual electrode section is small even within the 18 mm diameter envelope.
A closer view of the grids through the side wall of the anode.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter, and excluding the B7G base pins is 46 mm tall.
