This is a mystery. The identification is a catalogue number for Beckman Instruments. It looks like the DM160 indicator but equally may be a miniature triode.
The DM160 has four wire connections, this has five. The outer electrodes each have an external connection. The filament is a thin oxide coated strand running the length between the mica sheets.
One end of the filament is connected to the bright tab near the base.
The thin glass tube envelope is 9 mm × 7 mm and, excluding the base wires, is 37 mm tall.
References: Observation.
