The Pinnacle subminiature Type 6112 is a high-μ double triode having separate cathode connections for each section. It is intended primarily for use in low level audio circuits and is designed to provide dependable service under conditions of severe shock, vibration, high temperature and high altitude.
Under the Pinnacle overprint is the original etched identification.

Here the grid can be seen through the hole in the end wall of each anode.
The thin glass tube envelope is 10 mm in diameter and, excluding the base wires, is 33 mm tall.
