The El183 is a television video output valve with an anode dissipation of 6 Watts.
The anode with side flanges for greater heat dissipation. The control grid supports extend above and below the mica discs and at the top is a heat radiating fin.
The top screen and the heat sink fitted across the copper grid supports.
The thin glass tube envelope is 20 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 60 mm tall.
