The VR130 is a directly heated battery triode based on the Mazda HL23. With the advent of the CV register in 1941 the VR130 was renamed the CV1130.
The 10E/159 is the old RAF stores code for the receiving valve.
The reverse is plain zinc paint.
The classic envelope is 32 mm in diameter, and excluding the MO base pins is 70 mm tall.
