The 12AZ7 is a double triode designed for audio voltage amplification and/or as an oscillator and mixer in VHF television receivers.
The ratings are very similar to the 12AT7 or ECC81 double triodes.
The RCA name and logo.
Made in USA.
The twin sections spaced apart but not needing a central electrostatic screen.
The thin glass tube envelope is 21 mm in diameter, and excluding the B9A base pins is 48 mm tall.
