The UX867 is a gas filled photocell with a spherical photo cathode. It was replaced by the UX868 and that is the attached data-sheet.

The anode is supported on two wires from the pinch. The cathode attaches to the side contact.

The getter holder can be seen above the pinch. On the base shell is the UX base locating pin.

The small anode and the large window into the cathode. The cathode is the coating inside the glass.

The balloon envelope is 63 mm in diameter and, excluding the UX4 base pins, is 138 mm tall.
