The RV2P800 is a directly heated battery HF pentode with an oxide coated filament. It was designed for German military equipment during WWII.
Wehrmacht appears on items between 1936 and 1945 and Wehrmacht eigentum means property of the Wehrmacht.
The top pin is the control grid.
The handle carries the Valvo name and logo.
The wide metal tube envelope is 26 mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is 110 mm tall.
