The UV-211 or just 211 is a directly heated audio power triode for amplifier and modulator service. It is also rated for RF amplification.
As a single ended device in class A1 the output is just under 20 Watts. As a class B push-pull amplifier that output rises to 260 Watts.
The anode looking face-on to the grid.
The dome with top ceramic insulator. The thoriated tungsten filament is supported by the two tension springs.
The lower ceramic insulator with grid supports and filament fixings.
The short pins and locating pip for the bayonet base.
The wide glass tube envelope is 57 mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is 178 mm tall.
