The RL2.4T1 is a directly heated battery short wave triode. This exhibit is in the original box - unopened. The box is 35 mm square and 67 mm long. The shape of the valve can be seen in the attached data-sheet.
This was used by the Blaupunkt works in Munich but was supplied by Lorenz.
The Lorenz logo and below is the Wehrmacht stamp.
The two paper labels.
The thin glass tube envelope is 15 mm in diameter and, excluding the base knob, is 41 mm tall.
