The 6N3P is a Russian double triode used for low level audio voltage amplification but originally designed to work at up to 60 MHz.
The twin triode sections with anodes open along the grid axis. Construction of the supports from the base pins is copper as seems to be the case with post year 2000 made valves.
One section with side flange to the left and flat lugs passing through the mica supports to hold the anode in place.
The
The thin glass tube envelope is 21 mm in diameter, and excluding the B9A base pins is 48 mm tall.
