The 5693 is a long life version of the commercial 6SJ7. It is a sharp cut-off pentode designed for critical industrial applications.The reverse of the envelope carries the RCA logo and states the country of origin.The thin metal tube envelope is 25 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins is 51 mm tall.Reference: Data-sheet.
