The 6AU6WA/6136 is a special quality RF pentode for use up to 50 MHz.
The two inner grids are wound on copper supports. The gaps in the anode allow the wire grids to be seen.
Below the lower mica is a screen covering the anode pin.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7G base pins, is 47 mm tall.
