The CV569 (ECC35) is a medium impedance double triode with a high gain of 68. It was designed for use as a phase splitter and voltage amplifier in audio amplifiers.
The Mullard logo and ECC35 are the main information presented on the envelope. Here on the side is the CV designation.
The twin triode sections.
Here from left to right: coiled and insulated heater, blackened anodes and above the top mica are the copper grid supports with added heat radiating fins.
The lower mica and pinch.
The wide glass tube envelope is 29 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins, is 66 mm tall.
