The PCF82 is a television frequency changer from the VHF television era. Each section has its own cathode brought out to a pin. The pentode voltage rating is higher than the PCF80.
The triode anode with screen behind.
The Bentley label denotes a re-seller not a manufacturer.
The thin glass tube envelope is 21 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 47 mm tall.
